Hey everyone, Been at Trimble for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... different. Not outright panic, but there's definitely a noticeable shift in how things are being managed. Project timelines seem tighter, budgets feel more scrutinized, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' I haven't heard any concrete rumors of layoffs, but the undercurrent is definitely there. Performance reviews felt a bit more pointed this year, and some teams seem to be absorbing work from others that have shrunk subtly. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear if others are seeing similar signs across different departments or locations. Trying not to let it get to me, but it's hard to ignore the change in atmosphere.

I've noticed the same tightening up. It's definitely not just you. Budgets feel like they're on a much shorter leash, and projects that used to have a bit more buffer are now running right up against deadlines. It makes for a more stressful work environment, for sure. Hoping it's just a seasonal thing or a strategic adjustment rather than something more serious.

Echoing the sentiment here. While I haven't heard any official word on headcount changes, the 'doing more with less' approach is palpable across departments. Management seems to be pushing for greater efficiency, which can be good in theory, but the current pressure feels more like a response to broader economic concerns. Fingers crossed it doesn't lead to significant cuts.
