Trimble: Anyone else feel the pressure lately?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a general increase in pressure or a shift in focus at Trimble recently? It's not a specific layoff announcement, but the vibe feels a bit off. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while I got decent feedback, it felt like they were really digging into metrics and justifications. A lot of "business justification" talk in our all-hands, too. Just wondering if this is company-wide or if it's just my department/location. Feels like a precursor to something, maybe not outright layoffs but definitely some belt-tightening or reorg. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious to hear what others are seeing/hearing.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too, though it's hard to pinpoint exactly. The focus on metrics and justifications feels more intense than usual. It's like there's an underlying current of wanting to prove value across the board, which can create a weird atmosphere even if individual performance isn't suffering. Glad to hear I'm not the only one sensing a change.

Definitely a shift in the air. My team has also been hearing a lot more about 'strategic alignment' and 'demonstrating ROI'. While efficiency is always good, the constant emphasis on justification feels like a response to broader market pressures or internal shifts. It's certainly making things feel more scrutinized than before. Hope it's just a temporary phase.
