Trimble: Anyone else seeing hiring freeze discussions?

Curious if others are hearing similar things. I've been noticing job requisitions being put on hold or taking way longer than usual to get approved. Even roles that seemed critical a few months ago are now in limbo. It's not just my team, I've chatted with a couple of folks in other divisions, and they're reporting the same thing. No official word, of course, but the slowdown in hiring is pretty noticeable. Makes me wonder if it's a precursor to something bigger, or just a general economic caution. Anyone have any intel from their networks or internal channels about what's really going on with headcount and future hiring plans at Trimble?

I've heard whispers too, though nothing concrete. The speed of recruitment has definitely slowed to a crawl.
