Lately, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less at Trimble. Project scopes seem to be increasing without a corresponding increase in headcount or resources. It's not just my team; I'm hearing similar sentiments from folks in other departments too. There's a noticeable lack of transparency about future projects and strategic direction, which is unsettling. The usual camaraderie seems a bit strained as people are more guarded. Is this just the economic climate impacting us, or is something specific happening at Trimble? I'm wondering if this is a precursor to potential cuts down the line, or just a temporary belt-tightening measure. Looking for some perspective from others who might be experiencing something similar. What are your thoughts on how management is handling this?

I've definitely felt that too. It's like the goalposts keep moving, and we're expected to clear them with fewer resources than before. The lack of clarity on where things are headed is definitely adding to the stress. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly firefighting and don't know what the next blaze will be. Hoping things shift soon.

You're not alone. The pressure to deliver more with less is palpable across the board. It's created a weird atmosphere where people are more focused on just getting through the day rather than collaborating effectively. The uncertainty about strategic plans doesn't help.
