Hey all, posting this anonymously. Been with Trimble for a few years now, and lately, things feel... stagnant. We've had a few folks leave on their own terms, and no one's really been brought in to replace them. My team is stretched thin, and it's starting to impact deadlines. It's not just my department; I've heard whispers from colleagues in other areas too, that open requisitions are just sitting there, or getting outright cancelled. It's a bit unnerving, especially with the general economic climate. Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this across the company, or if it's just a localized thing. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it definitely feels like something's up. Anyone have insights or similar observations?

I've been seeing similar trends across a few tech companies lately, not just Trimble. It's definitely a sign of the times, with companies tightening their belts and being more cautious with new hires. While it's understandable from a business perspective, it does put pressure on existing teams. Hopefully, it's a temporary situation and things pick up soon.
