Hey everyone. I've been at Trimble for a few years now, and things have felt... off lately. No official announcements, but there's a definite buzz. My team's been overloaded, and I'm hearing whispers about 'reorganizations' and 'efficiency drives' that sound suspiciously like layoff euphemisms. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback was unusually vague, even for Trimble. People are nervous, and the usual open communication seems to have shut down. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if this is just my department or a broader company trend. I've noticed a similar vibe. The 'streamlining' talk has been going around my department too, and the silence from upper management on the actual details is deafening. It's creating a lot of anxiety, especially when workloads are increasing but headcount feels like it's shrinking.
