Anyone else feeling the chill at Truist? Vibes are off...

Hey everyone, been at Truist for a few years now, and lately, the atmosphere just feels... tense. No official announcements or anything concrete, but you can just feel it. Teams are quieter, fewer people in the office on days we're supposed to be in, and the usual 'water cooler' chat seems a bit more subdued. People are double-checking their resumes on the DL, I'm hearing. Heard whispers about restructuring in some departments, but it's all very hushed. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is there a wider unease brewing? Trying not to get too worked up, but it's hard not to notice the shift. What are your thoughts? Staying put or starting to look around?

Totally feel this. It's been palpable for months now. You can sense the uncertainty, and it's affecting morale across the board. People are definitely looking over their shoulders, and the general buzz just isn't there anymore. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the underlying vibe is so heavy. Hope it's just a rough patch.

Yeah, the change in atmosphere is undeniable. I've noticed it too – less collaboration, more heads down. It's unnerving when there's no clear communication about what's going on. Makes you wonder about job security and the future direction of the company. Just trying to focus on my own work and hope things stabilize soon.
