Hey everyone, been with Truist for a few years now and lately things just feel...different. It's not like there's a big layoff announcement or anything official, but there's definitely a weird vibe. My team's been super quiet on new projects, and I've heard whispers about some roles being 'evaluated' but no concrete details. Has anyone else noticed this? Been trying to connect with people in other departments, but everyone seems tight-lipped or genuinely unaware. Just trying to get a pulse on what might be happening behind the scenes. Not trying to cause panic, just trying to understand the landscape. Feels like a bit of a holding pattern, and honestly, it's making me a little anxious about the future. I can confirm that feeling. There's been a noticeable quietness, and the usual flow of information seems to have dried up. 'Evaluated roles' is a phrase I've heard too, and it's definitely fueling the uncertainty. People are looking for answers, but it feels like everyone is waiting for official word, which isn't coming. It creates a pretty tense atmosphere.
