Truist - Anyone else noticing a slowdown in projects/new initiatives?

Hey everyone, Been at Truist for a few years now, and I'm starting to feel a definite shift. Workload has definitely picked up in my department, but at the same time, it feels like fewer new projects are kicking off. It's like we're just treading water on existing stuff, but the pipeline for new work seems to have dried up quite a bit. Is anyone else seeing this? Or is it just my team/division? I've heard murmurs about budget constraints, but nothing concrete. It's making it a bit hard to plan long-term and honestly, a little concerning. The buzz just isn't there like it used to be. Feels like everyone's heads down just trying to keep things moving. Curious to hear if others are experiencing a similar vibe across the company. What are your thoughts?
