Truist - Is the tech/IT department being restructured again?

Hearing some whispers and seeing the recent WARN notice, and it's making me wonder about the tech side of things at Truist. Seems like there's been a lot of shuffling and reorgs within IT over the past year or so. Is this just the nature of the beast in banking tech right now, or is something more significant happening at Truist specifically? Are projects being consolidated, are roles being eliminated or changed drastically? Anyone in tech or IT who can shed some light on the internal strategy or what the vibe is? Trying to understand if this is a targeted cleanup or a broader strategic shift that could impact more than just the roles directly let go.
