Anyone else feel like the culture died months ago?

It’s honestly exhausting watching the WARN notices pile up. I remember when this place felt like a gold mine, but now every Slack message feels like a prelude to a layoff. That 54-person hit in Atlanta might seem 'small' compared to the big 17% rounds, but it just keeps the anxiety levels at a steady 10/10 for everyone else. Leadership keeps preaching about 'operational efficiency' and 'streamlining,' but we all know it’s just code for 'we don't know how to grow anymore.' The Video sunset was the first red flag, and now it feels like death by a thousand cuts. I’m spending half my day scouting the job market instead of actually shipping code. Is there anyone left in the ATL office, or are they just running on ghosts and desk chairs at this point? I’m genuinely wondering if I should wait for the next severance package or just jump ship now while I still have some sanity left. Curious if anyone has had luck finding a decent landing spot recently, because morale here is basically non-existent.

The pivot to 'operational efficiency' is just a fancy way of saying we’ve run out of ideas. It used to feel like we were building the future of communication, but now we’re just maintaining a sinking ship. The endless cycle of layoffs has drained every bit of morale from the teams. I don't even check the company announcements anymore because I know they’ll just be another hollow corporate memo about 'focus.' It’s heartbreaking to see the talent walking out the door while the stock stagnates.

I honestly think the leadership team has completely lost the plot. They keep spinning these departmental cuts as 'strategic realignments,' but everyone on the ground sees right through it. You can't claim to be a growth company while you're cannibalizing your own product lines and trimming the staff every few months. The toxicity is palpable in every meeting. I’ve started updating my resume because this constant state of anxiety isn't worth the paycheck anymore. We’re just waiting for the next round of bad news.
