Been at Twilio for a few years now, and it just feels...different. Usually, even with ups and downs, there's a certain hum. Lately, things feel way more subdued. My manager is being super cagey about roadmaps, and internal comms have been sparse, focusing more on 'business as usual' than anything substantive. I've seen chatter online about potential cuts, but nothing concrete internally. It's making me nervous, not gonna lie. Has anyone else picked up on this? Is it just me, or is there a weird vibe going on that we're not being told about?
