Twilio - Layoffs or just a "restructure"?

Been seeing a lot of noise around Twilio lately, and not the good kind. People are talking layoffs, but the company line seems to be "strategic realignment." Anyone here actually affected? Is it widespread or just certain teams getting the chop? Seems like there's always some kind of "reorg" happening, and this time it feels heavier than usual. Heard whispers about specific product lines being sunsetted. Trying to get a handle on what's actually going on internally versus what's being spun externally. If it's layoffs, how bad is it looking? Are people getting severance? Any heads-up for those still there?
