Yeah, I've noticed the same. It's definitely a strange atmosphere right now. My team's trying to stay focused, but the lack of any official communication from leadership, especially with all the external noise, is unsettling. You'd expect at least some sort of town hall or email to address the rumors directly, even if it's just to say 'no comment' or 'we're addressing this internally.' This silence just fuels speculation and anxiety, which isn't great for morale.
This silence is pretty standard for them when things are uncertain, unfortunately. They tend to let things play out and communicate on a need-to-know basis, often through managers. While I understand wanting direct answers, they've historically avoided addressing rumors head-on until they have concrete information to share. It's frustrating, I know, but try to focus on your work and what you can control. Keep an eye on your direct manager for any team-specific updates.
