Anyone else feel like we're on thinner ice than usual?

Hey all. Been at Tyler for a few years now, and lately things just feel...different. Usually, even during slower periods, there's a general sense of stability. But the past few months, I've noticed a lot more 'restructuring' buzz, whispers about efficiency drives, and a general hesitancy to commit to long-term projects. My team's workload has definitely shifted, and some key people have moved on or are suddenly 'exploring new opportunities'. There haven't been any official announcements or anything concrete, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Is anyone else picking up on this? Feeling a bit anxious about what might be coming down the pipeline.

I'm hearing similar things from colleagues in different departments. It feels like there's a lot of internal uncertainty right now. Yeah, the vibe has definitely changed. I've been here longer than you, and this feels like a significant shift. The 'efficiency drives' are translating into a lot of extra work for those of us who remain, and it's hard to stay motivated when the future feels so unpredictable.
