Anyone else feeling the chill at Tyler Tech?

Been here a few years, and lately, the vibe has been... off. Management seems more secretive, there are whispers about hiring freezes in some departments, and project timelines are getting tighter with fewer resources. I haven't heard any concrete news about layoffs, but it feels like a lot of people are getting nervous. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the usual 'good job' comments felt a bit hollow this time around. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just my department, or is this a company-wide thing? Trying to gauge the temperature before I start polishing up the resume, just in case. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar signs or if I'm just overthinking things.

I'm definitely feeling it too. It's not just your department. There's a general sense of unease. People are more guarded in meetings, and communication from the top feels less transparent than it used to be. I've also noticed a lot of experienced folks updating their LinkedIn profiles, which is never a great sign. Hope it's just a temporary dip and not something more systemic.

Yeah, the 'hollow' comments on performance reviews really hit home. It feels like we're being managed for efficiency in a way that ignores the human element. The tighter deadlines with fewer resources are also a huge strain. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when the atmosphere is so charged with uncertainty. Hoping for some positive news soon to lift spirits.
