Anyone else seeing increased pressure/metrics at Tyler?

Been here a few years now, and the last 6 months or so have felt... different. Not sure if it's just my department or a company-wide push, but the expectations seem to be ratcheting up without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. Project timelines are tighter, bug fixes are expected faster, and 'innovate more' is the mantra. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and honestly, it's starting to wear thin. Is this just a normal business cycle, or is anyone else feeling this crunch and wondering what's driving it? Getting a bit concerned about burnout potential if this trend continues. Curious to hear if others are experiencing similar things.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that squeeze. It seems like the focus has shifted towards squeezing every last drop out of existing projects and teams. New initiatives are constantly being discussed, but the actual support and staffing for them never seems to materialize. It's like they expect us to magically pull rabbits out of hats. Hoping things normalize soon, but I'm not holding my breath.

I'm not sure if it's a company-wide thing or just certain divisions, but the pace has been brutal. There's a constant push for 'efficiency' which often translates to more work on the same people. It's a tough environment when you feel like you're constantly running just to stay in place. Makes it hard to focus on quality when you're just trying to hit impossible deadlines.
