Hey everyone, been with Tyler for a few years now and lately things have felt…different. There's a noticeable uptick in the intensity around project reviews, resource allocation discussions, and even just general budget-watching. It's not just my team; I'm hearing similar whispers from other departments. It feels like management is really trying to get a handle on every single dollar and every single person's output. I'm not seeing any official announcements, and HR has been silent, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Is this just a seasonal thing, or are others picking up on this too? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide push or if I'm just in a particularly scrutinized area. Curious to hear what others are experiencing.

I've noticed that too. It feels like a general belt-tightening across the board. More eyes on everything, more questions asked before resources are approved. It's creating a bit of a bottleneck for some initiatives, and the pressure to justify every expense is definitely up. Hopefully, it's a temporary phase to ensure financial stability.

Yeah, the intensity has ramped up. It's not just resource allocation; project scope creep is also being hammered down harder than before. Lots more checkpoints and justification required for any changes. It makes sense to be prudent, but the shift from the previous approach is quite stark and definitely noticeable by everyone on the ground.
