Is anyone else seeing changes in project staffing?

Curious if this is a company-wide thing or just my division. Been noticing a lot of projects either slowing down or getting 'streamlined' in terms of headcount. Seems like people are being shifted around more often, and some longer-term projects are suddenly short-staffed or getting put on the back burner. It feels like there's a conscious effort to reduce dependencies on certain roles or to consolidate work. I'm wondering if this is a precursor to anything bigger, or if it's just the usual cycle of re-prioritization. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's definitely a noticeable change from how things were even six months ago. Anyone else in a similar boat with project resourcing?
