Is it just me, or is the workload at Tyler Tech increasing?

Seriously, what's going on? Seems like every other week a new 'critical' project gets dropped on us, and we're expected to deliver without any additional headcount. My team is stretched thin, and people are starting to burn out. We're doing the work of two people in some cases. I've noticed a lot more 'urgent' emails flying around, and the pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines is intense. It feels like they're squeezing more out of the existing staff rather than investing in growth. Anyone else feeling this pressure cooker environment? It's making it hard to enjoy the work, and frankly, it's unsustainable long-term. Wondering if this is a sign of impending cuts or just poor management.

Yeah, I've been feeling that too. It's like the project pipeline just keeps getting fuller, and the resources aren't keeping pace. The 'always-on' culture seems to be ramping up, and it's definitely taking a toll. Constant re-prioritization and the feeling of never quite catching up is exhausting. It makes you wonder about the long-term sustainability of this pace.
