Is the 'we're a family' vibe starting to crack?

Remember when Tyler used to really push the 'we're all in this together' message? It feels like that's fading fast. Lately, it's been more about individual performance metrics and less about collaborative success. I've noticed a definite increase in people looking out for themselves, which is understandable, but it's a stark contrast to how things felt even a year or two ago. There's a palpable sense of unease when talking about the future, and people are definitely more guarded. Anyone else feel like the company culture is shifting in a way that’s making people more anxious about their job security? It’s hard to ignore the underlying tension, even if nothing concrete has been said. Just want to see if I'm alone in this.

I've been feeling this too. It used to be you could count on cross-team support and people genuinely wanting to help. Now it feels more competitive, and the focus is really on hitting those individual numbers. It's a shame because that collaborative spirit was a big part of what made Tyler appealing. Makes you wonder where things are headed if that sense of shared purpose keeps eroding.

Totally agree. The 'family' narrative feels a bit hollow now. The pressure to perform is intense, and it seems like that's trickling down from leadership. It's less about celebrating team wins and more about who's hitting their targets. I'm not sure it's sustainable long-term if people feel like they're on their own. Definitely a shift in the atmosphere.
