Performance expectations seem higher than ever

Is it just me, or has the bar been raised significantly at Tyler? I've been here for a while, and while performance has always been important, lately it feels like the pressure is on a whole new level. Metrics are tighter, deadlines are more aggressive, and there's a constant undercurrent of needing to prove your value. I'm not saying that's necessarily bad, but it's definitely adding to the stress. Feels like we're expected to do more with less, even though there haven't been any official cuts. Just trying to understand if this is a company-wide push for efficiency or something else. Anyone else feeling this intensified pressure to perform?
