Hey folks, been with Tyler for a bit now, and it's a bit of a strange vibe lately. On one hand, I'm seeing a ton of new job postings across various departments, which you'd think would signal growth. But internally, it feels like the pressure is on. My team's been tasked with some pretty ambitious goals for this quarter, and the usual 'do more with less' seems to be amplified. Deadlines are tight, and there's definitely a sense of urgency that wasn't as palpable a year ago. Anyone else in different departments or divisions experiencing this?
