Another round of cuts at Uber. Gutted.

So the news is out, Uber laid off more people today. Saw the qz.com article. This really sucks. It's hard not to take it personally when you see your colleagues let go. The uncertainty is the worst part. You start second-guessing everything, wondering if your role is safe, if the projects you're working on even matter in the long run. I've been with the company for a while and have always felt secure, but with these recent events, that feeling is definitely gone. It's a harsh reminder that no job is truly secure. I'm already updating my resume and networking, but man, it's a demoralizing process. Anyone else in the same boat or have advice on how to navigate this feeling?
