Is it just me or is Uber becoming a revolving door?

Reading about these recent layoffs, especially the 93 in Seattle, it just reinforces a feeling I've had for a while. It seems like Uber is constantly restructuring, reorganizing, and then, bam, layoffs. It feels less like strategic moves and more like a perpetual state of flux. This latest one, while smaller than some previous waves, still hits people. Makes you wonder about the long-term stability and direction. Anyone else feel like they're just waiting for the next shoe to drop? The constant uncertainty is draining, and it makes it hard to invest fully when you feel like your role might be 'redundant' next quarter. Just a general feeling of unease, I guess.

It's not just you. I've seen so many people come and go at Uber. It feels like there's a constant churn, and these layoffs, even the smaller ones, just add to that unsettling feeling. You start to question what the actual plan is when there's so much movement. It definitely makes you wonder about job security and the overall trajectory of the company. It's tough to watch, especially when you know people who are affected by it.
