That's definitely a concerning pattern. Three managers in six months sounds like more than just 'finding the right fit.' It's understandable why the team would feel unsettled. The disruption from constant leadership changes, coupled with the extra training, has to be draining. Hopefully, there's a clear strategy behind it, and they can find someone who sticks around and provides some much-needed stability for the store and its employees.
Wow, that's a lot of churn! I can see how that would be really destabilizing for everyone on staff. Different management styles can create a lot of confusion, and the constant retraining sounds like a headache. It does make you wonder what the underlying issue is. Maybe they're implementing a new company-wide strategy and cycling through leaders to get it right, or perhaps there's a deeper problem at play. Hoping for the best for your store's team.
