Ulta Beauty - Whispers of Change in Store Operations?

Hey everyone, been working at Ulta for a few years now, and lately, things have felt... different. I'm not hearing any official word, but there have been a lot of managers at my district's stores being shuffled around or leaving entirely. Some stores seem to have open positions for weeks, and then suddenly they're filled by people from other locations, or new hires that feel a bit rushed. It's making it hard to know who's who sometimes and creates a bit of uncertainty. Anyone else in Ulta retail seeing similar trends? Is this just normal seasonal hiring/leaving, or does anyone have a gut feeling something bigger is brewing behind the scenes? Feels like a lot of moving pieces without much clarity.

I've noticed some similar things at my store! It's definitely been a bit chaotic with the staff changes. We had a few people leave suddenly, and then onboarding new folks felt really quick. It does make it a little harder to get into a rhythm when the team is constantly shifting. Hopefully, it settles down soon, but I'm curious to see how it all plays out.

Interesting you bring this up. My store has seen a few new faces on the management team recently, and it does feel like a bit of a revolving door. I'm trying not to read too much into it, but the open positions lingering and then quick hires are definitely noticeable. Just hoping for some stability so we can all focus on giving customers the best experience.
