Ulta Corporate - Restructuring Rumors?

Has anyone else from the corporate side of Ulta Beauty heard anything? I'm not in retail operations, but I've been picking up on some chatter internally. Seems like there might be some re-orgs happening in certain departments. Nothing concrete, just a lot of 'stay tuned' kind of vibes from leadership and a general sense of people being a bit on edge. I haven't seen any official announcements or communication about layoffs, but the lack of transparency is starting to get people talking. Wondering if this is just standard business practice or if there's something more substantial going on that we're not being told yet. Anyone in a similar boat or have more insight?
