Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter on here about retail giants making cuts, and it got me thinking about Ulta. While I haven't heard any concrete news about mass layoffs, there's definitely a weird vibe in the air, especially for those of us at HQ. My department has been under a microscope lately, and there's been a lot of 're-evaluation' of roles and projects. Anyone else experiencing something similar? Is it just the usual Q4 scramble, or does it feel like something more significant is brewing? I'm trying not to panic, but it's hard not to when you see the headlines every day. Just looking for some honest insight from others who might be feeling this, or who have heard whispers. Staying positive, but also keeping my eyes open. What are your thoughts?

Interesting you're feeling that too. My team has also noticed a lot more 'efficiency reviews' and a general tightening of the belt. It's hard to say if it's just the usual seasonal flux or something more substantial looming. The constant discussions about optimizing resources and streamlining processes definitely add to the 'pressure cooker' atmosphere. Keeping a close eye on developments.
