Ulta Retail - Anyone Else Notice Staffing Changes?

Hey everyone. Been working at Ulta retail for a few years now, and lately, I've been feeling a shift. It's not like there's a big announcement or anything, but I'm noticing a definite increase in the workload for the associates who are here. It feels like fewer people are scheduled, even on busy days, and the pressure to hit sales goals and maintain salon appointments is definitely ramping up. Has anyone else experienced this in their store? Are you seeing more hours cut for part-timers, or are full-time folks being asked to do more with less? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's isolated to my district. Curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground. Trying to stay positive, but it's getting tough.

I've definitely felt this too! It's like they're expecting us to do twice the work with half the staff. The rush on weekends is almost impossible to keep up with, and trying to manage both floor and salon guests feels like a losing battle. I hope management sees this is unsustainable before people start burning out.

Wow, glad I'm not the only one noticing. My store's been like this for months. It feels like we're constantly understaffed, and the pressure to push credit cards and sales goals is relentless. I've seen some of my coworkers getting fewer hours, which is tough when you're trying to make ends meet. It's getting harder to provide the level of customer service we used to.
