Ulta Store Staff - How's your workload lately?

Hey everyone on the store side. Wanted to get a pulse check. Over the past few months, has anyone else noticed a significant increase in workload without a corresponding increase in staff or support? Seems like we're being asked to do more with less, constantly. Task lists are getting longer, customer traffic is up (which is great!), but coverage feels thinner than ever. It's making it tough to keep up with everything, from client services to stocking and operational tasks. I'm worried this is a precursor to something, maybe a push for fewer staff per shift or something like that. Anyone else experiencing this? Is management acknowledging it, or is it just 'business as usual'? Trying to understand if this is just my store or a broader trend. Appreciate any insights from other Ulta locations.

Ugh, I feel this so much. It's been absolutely brutal lately. Seems like every time we turn around, there's a new task or a new promotion to push, and we're just drowning in it. Customer service is always number one, but when you can barely get to the stockroom, let alone finish your opening/closing duties, it feels impossible. Hoping things ease up, but I'm not holding my breath.

Tell me about it! The energy in the store feels frantic these days. We're definitely doing more with less, and it shows. Customers are great, and we love helping them, but the pressure to get everything done perfectly when we're stretched so thin is really wearing. It's affecting morale, for sure. Just trying to stay afloat and remember why we love beauty in the first place.
