Security Concerns & Operational Strain - Anyone Else?

So, I've been hearing whispers, and seeing some chatter on other platforms, about increased theft impacting operations. Some articles even tried to link it to workforce changes, which, you know, is a whole other can of worms. But setting aside the theft for a second, has anyone else noticed operational strain recently? Longer dwell times, more equipment issues, maybe even a dip in crew availability in certain areas? It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure is definitely mounting. It's making me nervous, especially with the holidays approaching. Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if it's localized to my territory. Anyone else feeling the pinch and wondering what's going on behind the scenes?
