Anyone else getting nervous about Q1 performance at Unity?

I've been at Unity for almost 5 years now, on the asset store team. Usually Q1 is slow, but this year it feels...different. Like, eerily quiet. Revenue numbers are supposedly down across the board, according to whispers I've heard during virtual coffee breaks (which are now replacing water cooler talk since everyone's remote). Our team lead keeps saying everything's fine, just the usual seasonal dip, but he's been looking super stressed lately. Anyone else sensing a bad vibe? I'm not saying layoffs are definitely coming, but I'm definitely updating my LinkedIn, just in case. Is anyone else's manager acting weird? I'm mostly worried since I just bought a house and a round of layoffs would be absolutely devastating.

Yeah, I'm in support and seeing similar signs. Ticket volume is down, which should be a good thing, but it feels… ominous? They just froze all non-essential travel too, and those usually get approved without much fuss. I'm dusting off my resume, just in case. Never hurts to be prepared. Good luck to us all.

Seasonal dips are common, especially after the holiday rush. Let's not jump to conclusions based on 'whispers'. It's easy to get caught up in speculation. Maybe focus on what you *can* control, like optimizing your own workflow, rather than stressing over things you can't. Just a thought.
