Post-License Change Realities at Unity?

Has anyone in Unity's various departments noticed any tangible effects after the whole licensing kerfuffle? Beyond the PR nightmare and the initial backlash, I'm wondering what the actual day-to-day reality is now. Are teams being restructured? Are projects being deprioritized? I'm not talking about official layoff announcements, but more about the subtle, or not-so-subtle, signs that things are changing internally. It feels like a weird hush has fallen over things, and I'm wondering if that's just me or if others are seeing the writing on the wall. Just trying to gauge the temperature, you know? Any insights would be appreciated, even if it's just anecdotal observations.

Honestly, it feels like a lot of internal scrambling behind the scenes. You hear whispers about re-evaluating project roadmaps and increased scrutiny on resource allocation. Some teams seem to be consolidating, while others are definitely feeling the pinch on budgets. It's not a loud crisis, but you can sense a definite shift in priorities and a focus on demonstrating immediate ROI for everything. People are more cautious about greenlighting new initiatives. It's a more reserved atmosphere than I remember before the announcement.
