Rant: Unity's leadership is a joke

Seriously, what is going on with this company? It feels like we're constantly pivoting, chasing the next shiny object, while core products are neglected and understaffed. The lack of clear direction from the top is infuriating. We're hemorrhaging talent because no one knows what the strategy is anymore. Remember that metaverse push? Now we're all-in on some new AI thing? I'm so tired of the constant re-orgs and buzzword-driven decision-making. I'm convinced the executives are just throwing darts at a board to decide what to do next. They probably get huge bonuses while the rest of us worry about our jobs. End rant.

Totally feel your pain. I've been using Unity for years, and it's heartbreaking to see it like this. The constant changes are disruptive and make it hard to plan. It's like they're so focused on attracting investors that they've forgotten about the actual developers who rely on their tools.

Maybe it's time to jump ship? Unreal is looking pretty tempting these days. All this drama at Unity is a huge distraction. Core features are getting worse and asset store updates haven't happened in ages. Just saying, there are options.
