Seriously questioning my career path at Unity

I'm starting to feel pretty disillusioned with where things are headed at Unity. The constant strategic pivots and the lack of clear, long-term direction are really starting to wear on me. It feels like we're always reacting rather than proactively building something stable. Between the licensing changes that caused such a stir and the general feeling of uncertainty about where the company is going, it's making it hard to feel secure in my role. I pour a lot of energy into my work here, and lately, I'm questioning if that energy is being invested wisely in the long run. Are we truly set up for success, or are we just treading water? I'm not necessarily looking to jump ship immediately, but the thought has definitely crossed my mind more often recently. Anyone else feeling this sense of drift and questioning their future here? It’s more than just the usual job stress; it’s a deeper concern about the company’s trajectory and my place in it.
