Hey everyone, seeing a lot of chatter online about the recent changes to Unity's pricing and licensing. It feels like a big shift, and honestly, I'm starting to get a little antsy about what this means for the company's stability and, by extension, our jobs. Has anyone heard anything concrete about potential impacts on headcount or whether this strategy shift might lead to restructuring? I've been with Unity for a few years and love the work, but the uncertainty is starting to gnaw at me. Trying to stay optimistic, but the lack of clear communication on this front isn't helping. Any insights or similar concerns out there?

Totally understandable to feel uneasy with these shifts. The industry is always evolving, and big changes like this can definitely create ripples. I've seen some speculation, but nothing official from Unity's side about specific job impacts. My best advice is to keep doing great work and stay informed through official channels. Focus on what you can control – delivering quality and being a valuable team member. Hopefully, more clarity will emerge soon.
