Unity's strategy and these constant cuts - anyone see a path forward?

Okay, another 92 gone. This time it's a WARN notice out of Austin, effective Jan 9th. I'm starting to think these aren't isolated incidents anymore. It feels like a systemic issue. The licensing debacle earlier left a bad taste, and now this. Are they trying to pivot? Cut costs to appease investors? Whatever it is, it's creating a lot of anxiety. It’s hard to believe in the long-term vision when there’s so much instability. I’ve been a supporter of Unity for a long time, but it’s getting harder and harder to justify staying or even recommending it. It makes you wonder what the actual endgame is here. Anyone have any inside info or theories on what's really going on?

Honestly, the constant layoffs are deeply concerning. It's tough to have faith in a company's future when they seem to be in perpetual cost-cutting mode. The licensing changes definitely didn't help build trust, and now this wave of job losses just adds to the uncertainty. It feels less like a strategic pivot and more like a scramble to stay afloat. For those of us who've invested time and energy into Unity, it's disheartening to see this level of instability. I hope they can find a stable path soon, but right now, it's hard to be optimistic.
