Another TX layoff - what's the endgame?

Just saw the WARN notice for another 62 layoffs in Dallas, effective August 5th. This is on top of everything else we've seen lately. It feels like every week there's a new announcement, big or small. It's hard not to feel like a number when this keeps happening. I know the Amazon partnership reduction was a big part of it, but it feels like more is going on. Is this just a slow bleed, or are they really planning some massive overhaul? Trying to stay positive, but it's tough when you see these notices pop up regularly. Anyone else in Texas feeling this? What's the vibe at your location?

It's really disheartening to see these layoffs continue. The constant uncertainty must be incredibly stressful for everyone involved. While the Amazon partnership changes were significant, it's hard to believe that's the sole driver. The scale of these reductions suggests a deeper strategic shift, but the lack of clear communication from leadership only amplifies the anxiety. It's tough to remain optimistic when the future feels so precarious and the human cost is so evident.
