Hey everyone, Been with UPS for a few years now, mostly on the operational side. The chatter about the Amazon partnership winding down has been in the air for a while, but I'm starting to feel it more directly. Loads seem a bit lighter than usual, and there's a definite unease among the regulars. We all know Amazon was a huge chunk of business. My supervisor is keeping quiet, but you can tell he's stressed. Are others seeing any concrete changes or feeling this shift? It's hard to ignore the news snippets about job cuts at other companies, and while nothing is official here, the vibe is… uncertain. Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm overthinking it based on the headlines. Anyone in similar roles have any intel or thoughts on how this might play out long-term?

Yeah, the whispers about Amazon are getting louder around here too. It's hard not to notice when the volume of packages feels different, especially during peak times. Completely feel you on this. I've been seeing fewer Amazon trucks on the road and a bit of a lull in my usual routes. It's concerning because that was such a big part of the business. Everyone's trying to stay optimistic, but it's tough when you're unsure about the long-term outlook. Definitely keeping an eye on how this plays out.
