Anyone else hearing whispers about further reductions at UPS?

Hey everyone, lurking here for a while and seeing a lot of chatter about past UPS layoffs, especially concerning the Amazon partnership winding down. I haven't seen any official announcements or major news hitting the wires recently, but the general vibe among some folks I know is that the cuts aren't necessarily over. There's been talk about continued restructuring and efficiency drives, which often translates to headcount reductions, even if they're smaller or more targeted than the big waves we've seen. Is anyone in a different department, maybe corporate or back-office functions, noticing anything unusual? Slowdowns in hiring, whispers about reorgs, or even just a general sense of unease? Just trying to gauge if this is just my immediate circle or a broader sentiment. It's tough when there's no clear communication, makes you second-guess everything. Trying to stay optimistic but also realistic. Appreciate any insights anyone can share.

I've heard similar rumblings. It feels like there's always some level of 'restructuring' going on, which inevitably makes people nervous. The Amazon situation definitely adds another layer of uncertainty to the mix. Hard to say what's really happening behind closed doors, but the feeling of unease is definitely out there in the workforce.
