Anyone else hearing whispers about restructuring?

Hey everyone, I've been working at UPS for a few years now and things have felt... off lately. There's no official word, but I'm hearing a lot of chatter in the break rooms and seeing some weird project reassignments. People are getting moved around to different departments, and some of the usual overtime opportunities seem to have dried up without explanation. It's making me pretty nervous, honestly. I know there have been talks about the Amazon partnership scaling back, and maybe that's a factor, but it feels like something bigger is brewing. Just trying to get a sense if anyone else is picking up on this vibe or if I'm just overthinking it. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the atmosphere is so uncertain.
