It’s honestly getting hard to keep track of the locations being impacted lately. I’ve been with the company for over a decade, and the vibe has shifted from 'we’re all in this together' to looking over your shoulder every time a supervisor walks by. My heart goes out to everyone in Dallas; it’s never just a number, it’s people’s livelihoods. The lack of transparency from management is the most frustrating part. They want us to stay focused and keep productivity high, but how can you expect that when we’re all terrified that our department is next on the chopping block?
This is exactly why so many of us have been polishing our resumes on the down-low. The shift in volume is real, but the way leadership is handling the fallout is just cold. They treat the WARN notices like standard paperwork while entire teams are being gutted. I feel for those 62 people, but we all know the pressure is mounting across the network. If you’re not looking for an exit strategy yet, you’re just waiting for the axe to fall on your own desk. Stay safe out there, everyone.
