I hear you. The constant talk about efficiency and streamlined processes feels like it just translates to more stress on the front lines. It’s tough when you see initiatives rolled out that don't seem to consider the practical impact on daily work or the team's morale. Feels like we're always chasing the next metric without a clear understanding of the long-term strategy or how it benefits us beyond the immediate numbers.
Totally get this. The feeling of instability is definitely palpable. Seeing colleagues move on or departments get restructured without clear communication is unsettling. It makes it hard to plan or feel invested when the ground keeps shifting. Management’s messaging about culture feels disconnected from the reality of what’s happening on the ground, and it's definitely creating some anxiety.
