Definitely hearing similar things. Hiring freeze seems pretty widespread across many divisions, especially in non-customer-facing roles. Projects are getting scrutinized a lot more, with some that seemed like sure things now on hold or significantly scaled down. Feels like a general belt-tightening across the board, not tied to just one or two specific areas. The 'mood' is cautious, for sure. People are focused on hitting existing targets and not taking on much new.
