Valero Energy: Anyone else seeing increased workload?

Hey everyone, long-time lurker here. Been with Valero for a few years now, and lately, things have felt... different. The workload has definitely picked up across the board, and it seems like fewer people are around to handle it. I'm not hearing any official news, no whispers of layoffs or anything concrete, but the atmosphere feels a bit tense. Feels like management is asking us to do more with less, which always makes me a little uneasy. Anyone else in a similar boat at Valero? Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if it's just my department/location. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to overthink when the pace picks up this much without any clear explanation.
