Anyone else feeling the pressure at Vertex lately?

Hey everyone, just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on a weird vibe around Vertex lately. It's not like there are official announcements or anything, but things just feel... tense. Performance review season is usually a bit of a grind, but this year it seems amplified. Heard a few whispers about projects being put on hold or scope dramatically reduced, and some teams seem unusually quiet. Is it just me, or is anyone else experiencing this? Feels like there's a lot of looking over the shoulder happening. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but the silence is pretty deafening. I'm picking up on that too. The quiet in some departments is definitely noticeable, especially compared to how things were a few months ago. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's driving it, but the talk about project reprioritization seems to be a common theme. Trying to stay focused on my own deliverables but it's tough when the general atmosphere feels uncertain. Hope it's just a temporary shift and things settle down soon.
