Yeah, I've definitely seen a similar trend. It feels like things have tightened up considerably over the past few months. There's a sense of people being more hesitant to open new roles, and even existing ones are moving at a snail's pace. It's making it tough to get new projects off the ground when you can't get the headcount. Hoping it's just a temporary pause for strategic review and not a sign of bigger issues down the line.
