Is Vertex's growth sustainable? Seeing some signs...

Been with Vertex for a few years now, and while things have been pretty stable and exciting with the pipeline, I'm starting to feel a little... uneasy? We've hired a lot of people, especially in the last year or so. Seems like every department is expanding. I'm all for growth, but it's making me wonder if we've perhaps overextended ourselves a bit. Management keeps talking about future success and innovation, which is great, but I'm hearing whispers and seeing some internal shifting that makes me think about potential belt-tightening down the line. Anyone else in the same boat? Feeling like the honeymoon phase might be ending and we need to get real about our financial runway and headcount. Curious to hear if others are picking up on this vibe.
