Anyone else feel the pressure at Vulcan lately?

Just wanted to see if others are feeling the increased pressure at Vulcan. The workload seems to be ramping up in several areas, but without a corresponding increase in headcount or resources. Lots of 'do more with less' messaging. Plus, performance reviews seem to be getting extra scrutiny this cycle. It's making people nervous. I've heard whispers about potential budget cuts impacting certain teams, though nothing concrete. Anyone else in a similar boat or hearing the same buzz? Trying to gauge the general sentiment across the company.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. The 'do more with less' mantra is in full effect, and it's becoming a real strain. It feels like we're constantly being asked to stretch ourselves thinner without any extra support. The performance review scrutiny is definitely adding to the anxiety, and the budget cut rumors aren't helping morale one bit. It's tough to stay motivated when you feel like you're running on fumes and the ground beneath you might shift at any moment. Hoping things improve, but it's hard to see how right now.
